The Office of Public-Private Partnerships (OPPP), Lagos State Government is an agency created by the 2011 PPP Law of Lagos State. The primary objective of the Office is to facilitate the development of public infrastructure or public assets and provide social amenities and other facilities for Lagos State through Public Private Partnerships.

We believe infrastructural development is key to a better society and we are exploring partnerships and opportunities that will actualize the vision of a greater Lagos. We know that with the right people, we will forge beneficial partnerships that will unlock great possibilities within Lagos State.
