The Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Public Private Partnerships, Mrs Bukola Odoe recently chaired a panel session at the Public Private Partnership Units' Consultative Forum (3PUCF) in Abuja, where she highlighted the vital role of PPPs in driving development in Lagos state.
At the event, Mrs. Odoe who received accolades from the audience over the remarkable projects that have been initiated in the state through Public Private Partnerships, noted that Lagos state is leading by example, showcasing the effectiveness of PPPs in boosting infrastructure development, attracting private sector investment, and bridging the state's infrastructure gap.
The special adviser reiterated that the growing population of the state puts pressure on existing infrastructure, making PPPs crucial in meeting citizens' expectations noting that Lagos state is at the forefront of delivering world class infrastructure to its resident through PPP-led initiatives.
The Special adviser also spotlighted the Renewed Hope Agenda as ‘a transformative national vision of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led Federal Government, aims to reposition Nigeria as a prime global investment destination’.
