The Special Adviser, Office of Public Private Partnerships, Mrs. Bukola Odoe, joined the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, at the recently concluded Africa Investment Forum.

Highlights from the event include:
• 🚆🟣 Purple Line Project: In the AIF deal room, Lagos State presented the visionary 60 km electrified rail system connecting Ogun State’s Redemption Camp to Lagos’s Volkswagen factory landmark, the project will feature 16 stations, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, unlock economic opportunities, and ease transportation challenges across the corridor. The project is now open to prospective investors ready to partner with Lagos State in bringing this groundbreaking initiative to life.
• 🚮♻ Waste Management Solutions: In discussions with Morocco’s leading waste management company, Arma Group, the Lagos State team explored innovative PPP opportunities to address waste challenges in Nigeria’s largest waste-generating state, demonstrating a commitment to environmental sustainability.
• 🏥 Medi-Park Project: A productive meeting with IASO Consortium focused on the Medi-Park initiative, a flagship healthcare project set to deliver a 120-bed tertiary hospital on Awolowo Road, Ikoyi. The facility will provide cutting-edge diagnostic and specialized healthcare services, reinforcing Lagos’s position as a leader in healthcare innovation.
