PROGRESS REPORT: EVALUATION OF THE EOIs FOR THE BLOOD SCREENING AND CERTIFICATION SYSTEM PROJECT

The Office of Public-Private Partnerships held a two-day evaluation process to review the Expressions of Interest (EOIs) submitted by prospective bidders for the establishment of the Blood Screening and Certification System PPP Project.

The two-day evaluation process which was held at the OPPP conference room had in attendance, members from the Lagos State Blood Transfusion Service led by the Executive Secretary, Dr. Osikomaiya, representatives from the office of PPP, Lagos State Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Justice.

A total of nine bidders submitted Expressions of Interest for the project where the submissions were subjected to thorough analysis by experts from the PPP Office and the aforementioned ministries.

The evaluation focused on assessing both the financial and technical qualifications of the bidders, ensuring compliance with the project requirements and alignment with the strategic objectives of the Lagos State Government.

The Office of Public-Private Partnerships remains steadfast in its commitment to maintaining transparency throughout the selection process, ensuring the most qualified bidder is chosen to execute PPP projects that enhance the quality of life for the residents of Lagos State.
